Sober Statistics Saturday
It’s another Saturday, when I get to record my statistics for the week.
It can be super exciting or super sad depending on all I have done in the course of the week.
Today, I will record for the purpose of this blog my current weight.

Saturday – 15th December 2017
I’m quite excited as I’ve lost about 10 kg from when I officially started my weightloss journey.
That was on the 1st of July 2017. I weighed ……I can’t believe I’m coming out with this ….100kg.
I honestly don’t know how I allowed that to happen, guess it’s my love for rice. I could eat rice for breakfast, lunch and dinner!
As you can see from my pictures I can actually see my chin line. I now weigh 89.4kg.
My intention is to record and take pictures every saturday and also set goals for the coming week.
My Goals for the Coming Week – Saturday – 23rd December 2017
1. Lose 1kg.
2. Drink 2 litres of water daily.
3. Take 5000 steps daily.
4. No rice – this will be the toughest. I’m going cold-turkey on my biggest temptation. I seem to lose control once take the first spoon of rice.
