One of the biggest winners from Kanye West’s Aux Cord Bonanza At Madison Square Garden on Thursday was Young Thug. Not only was Thug featured on Kanye’s album The Life Of Pablo, but he modeled a Yeezy Season 3 jacket in the show and he was also the first artist to play a new song of his own after Yeezy premiered Pablo to the world. With the honor of being the first to be granted access to the aux cord, Thug did not disappoint as he premiered an unnamed banger for the crowd.
Where the song ends up is anybody’s guess, but with such a high profile debut you’d have to assume Lyor Cohen is making sure it ends up on Thug’s debut album Hi-Tunes. As unpredictable as Thugger has been as of late though it could very well end up on Slime Season 3, which is rumored to be dropping on Valentine’s Day.
Thug wasn’t done there though as his breakout hit “Danny Glover” was eventually played in the arena as well, much to the delight of Kanye’s models.

To end that eventful New York day, Thug celebrated in the most appropriate way possible: over a box of Popeyes.

Before the night was over, Thug was spotted in the studio with Tavi$ Scott on Periscope and even revealed that Pablo would finally be available to consumers Saturday night after Kanye’s SNL performance.
