Under the guidance of the Dietician and Nutritionist Nmami Agarwal, her journey was on the right track. She made sure that her diet is wholesome so that she can keep up with her rigorous training. She divided her food into 6 different meals and they were all high rich protein.

  • Early Morning: Getting up with A glass of plain or lime water.
  • Breakfast: Fresh yogurt with fresh fruits, nuts and cereal (oat/wheat flakes).
  • Lunch: 1 or 2 chapatis with raita, and salad, a bowl of boiled rice with a vegetable dish.
  • Evening: cucumber and carrot sticks, Fruit smoothies with curd dip
  • Dinner (7 pm): Quinoa salad/quinoa pulav with soup or chickpea/corn and tofu salad with soup.

  • While traveling, Manushi’s trainer advice to take a salad along with other food with low-fat dressing.
  • Make sure that you sleep at least 7-8 hours.
  • Try to beat the stress through various things like yoga, dance.
