Ingredients
  • Paneer-250gm( Cut into Cubes)
  • Tomato-4 ( make paste of this )
  • Malai-milk cream(1/2 bowl)
  • Cashew
  • Garlic-10
  • Ginger-1inch
  • (Onion +Cashew+Cream+Garlic) will be used to make the paste
  • Masala
  • Coriander powder(Dhania Powder)-1tbsp
  • Red Mirch Powder -1
  • Haldi Powder-1tbsp
  • Garma masala-1/2tbsp
  • Salt- as per taste
  • Bay leaves-2(Tez Patta)
  • Caraway Seeds-(Jeera)
  • Black pepper-(Kali Mirch)-10
  • Small Elaichi-3-4 (cardamom)
  • Big Elaichi-2 black cardamom
  • Desi Ghee( clarified butter)2tbsp
Instructions
  1. Let's Start, In order to give Richness to our Sahi paneer recipe, I have used milk and Sugar (instead of honey)2Tbsp and Coriander for garnishing.
  2. Now take Pan and put it over gas and pour Ghee 2tbsp let it heat, after this add spices, Bay leaves (Tez Patta), Jeera (Caraway Seeds), Black pepper (Kali Mirch), long and add big and small Elaichi by crushing them so they bring more taste and aroma. and now fry spices on low gas.
  3. Now add the paste made by using (Onion +Cashew+Cream+Garlic ) measurement is given in ingredients.Now fry this paste along with spices so our gravy gets good color make sure you cook it on low flame.when the oil start coming from our mixture saute it until then.
  4. Add All Spices one by one and keep saute them so it mixes well with gravy for 3-4min, this is what secret of this recipe give time to cook spices, Now will add tomato paste and saute it as well on low flame, look our tomato has mixed well with the gravy and color is so tempting.
  5. add little sugar instead of this use honey, add paneer cubes and cook it for 2-3 min with lid on.
  6. now last step add milk and keep mixing the shahi paneer until it gets hot, you just need to cook it for 2-3 min more.
