A very pregnant Savannah Orlando will have to come face to face with the man who abused her for most of her life in Somebody’s Perfect. Her father’s trial for the murder of her mother and the man who was trying to help them has been moved up and Savannah is falling back into the mindset she had before she met her husband Damian. Can Damian prepare her to face the man who took her innocence? Will Savannah be strong enough to do what needs to be done to put him away forever?
This is the seventh book in the Rescue Me saga and it’s been long awaited. We all wanted to see Savannah’s story finish in a positive light and this definitely provides that. It also shows the importance of communication in any relationship, not just BDSM. Savannah doesn’t tell Damian she’s having flashbacks, but in the end, those flashbacks help her find out what really happened the night she doesn’t remember at all. And we finally get to meet new baby Orlando, which is awesome. I liked that Adam had a big part to play in this story. He really is the glue that holds this whole thing together. I’m still waiting for Grant’s story. I hope I don’t have too long to wait.
