Welcome to the New Year. This is going to be my first post of 2016. So let me start by reviewing a cosmetic category which I love dearly. My first and forever love, lipsticks. I have a stash of lipsticks and a lot of duds as well. Whenever I go cosmetic shopping, there has not been a single time when I did not buy a Lipstick. I always decide from home that I won’t purchase any lipsticks but later when the sales person tempts me with all beautiful shades, I give up completely and buy one. On one such day, I ended up buying a lipstick merely for it extremely low price.
Lakme Enrich Satin lipsticks are for sure one of the cheapest lipstick range available in the market. However, Lakme decided to take this lipstick game one step forward and introduced new shades in this range with revamped packaging. And trust me that old packaging was quite boring. Packaging:
The packaging of this revamped look is pretty sturdy. The case is transparent and the shade code is mentioned at the bottom of the stick. The cap shuts with a click. However it’s difficult to find the desired shade from the sash of lipsticks as it doesn’t have any code button on the case like in Loreal color riche moist matte lipstick.
Texture:
The texture of this lipstick is very creamy and silky soft. I was quite impressed to get such good texture at such a reasonable price. The formula is hydrating and doesn’t feel dry on the lips.

My experience with Lakme P163 Enrich Satin lipstick:
Well my experience with this lipstick has been pleasant. This one is better than Lakme P166 Enrich Satin lipstick as this is a warm color and is likely to suit most Indian skin tones. The texture is also hydrating and creamy and so it tends to transfer in the first few hours.
Also the stay power is decent. It lasts almost 5 hours on my lips. However the lipstick bullet is delicate and requires a light hand application else the lipstick will break.

Will I recommend this product again?
Oh yes. If you ladies are looking for a budget buy lipstick, then I suggest this is the safest option to go with. Also there are so many pretty shades of all types like shimmery, matte, glossy etc. so you can select the color according to your liking.
