INGREDIENTS – Milk – 4 cups, Cocoa powder – 3 tablespoons, Cornflour – 21\2 tablespoons, Cream – 11\2 cup, Sugar – 8tbsp, Gelatin – 3tsp.

METHOD – Dissolve cocoa and cornflour in half a cup of milk. Boil the rest of the milk with sugar. Now pour in the cocoa – cornflour mixture into the boiling milk . Keep stirring continously. Cook further for 3 – 4 minutes at low flame. When done, keep aside. Now take 3 tbsp of water in a saucepan. Sprinkle gelatin over it. To dissolve gelatin, just heat this on low flame, but don’t boil. Next, mix gelatin into already prepared milk mixture.mix nicely and chill in the freezer till very thick. Now beat the mixture and add in the cream. Let it freeze. When set, take it out of the freezer and place it on the shelf. Replace into the freezer just 15 minutes before serving. While serving, garnish with a little cocoa powder and sogar powder.
