I’m huge fan of yoga for a lot of reasons. Number one, it truly relaxes and de-stresses the mind. It cannot be over-stated how important that is. I honestly believe that stress really is the true silent killer of our times.

This workout will help you burn calories, improve flexibility and core strength, while also improving your zen. It’s hard to argue with the amazing benefits of that kind of class.

I’ve tried a bunch of yoga classes and there a ton of great ones, but I like Core Power Yoga, because they have classes that incorporate weights and heat. Hot Yoga cleanses the mind, body and soul and not only is a great sweat session, but also lowers your blood pressure, improves circulation, detoxifies your body and will give you a great night’s sleep. Celebrities like Kaley Cuoco, Julianne Hough and Vanessa Hudgens are big fans too!
