24 Hours in Paris

Where to stay?

There are many places to stay that are near the Eiffel Tower. I chose Hotel Pullman Paris Tour Eiffel.

This hotel is a 4-minute walk from the Eiffel Tower, 5 minutes’ walk from Champ de Mars – Tour Eiffel RER station and 5 km from The Louvre.

Where to Eat?

If you do decide to eat at this hotel, they have a restaurant called FRAME brasserie.

Go take a look at their menu here.

Other recommended restaurants to try:

58 Tour Eiffel

Les Ombres

Au Bon Accueil

Touring Paris

I chose to take a tour bus around Paris, I went through L’ Open Tour. The cost was about 33 Euros.

  • 50 stops along 3 routes, including Eiffel Tower & Notre-Dame.
  • Engaging commentary & great views from the open-air top deck.
  • No limit to the number of times you can hop on & off the bus.
  • Frequent service with buses running every 10–30 minutes.

So many things to see including(some pictured below):

  • Haussmann
  • Opéra
  • Palais-Royal
  • Musée du Louvre
  • Musée d’Orsay
  • Champs-Elysées
  • Arc de Triomphe
  • Trocadéro
  • Alma Bateaux
  • Notre-Dame
  • Luxembourg
  • Montparnasse
  • Esplanade des Invalides
  • Rue du Bac
  • St Germain-des-Prés
  • Pont Neuf
  • Montmartre
  • Grands Boulevards

It was quite rainy as you can see when I visited, but I enjoyed every moment.

Must See!

Even if you do not get to see any of the above, you must see the Eiffel Tower at night, what a beauty!
