Inspiring and Uplifting Ted Talks

Ted talks have been around for years and extensively written about and shared. However anytime I am feeling a bit down or needing a little pick me up I find these talks really inspirational and Uplifting. Here are my favorite ones that I watch over and over again.

1.My philosophy for a happy life – Sam Berns

After I first watched this video I was so humbled and inspired by Sam’s life story and his talk that I still think about it months on. Worth a watch to make you appreciate everything you have and put your life and problems into perspective.

2. Why we do what we do – Tony Robbins

Tony is a world famous author and life coach, having written best selling self help books. Here he Discusses the power of motivation and the invisible forces that motivates everyone’s actions.

3. The art of being yourself – Caroline McHugh

I found this really interesting to listen to. Caroline talks about the fact that we only have one job on this planet and that is to be good at being you. She also has a very soothing Scottish voice.

4. Programming your mind for success – Carrie Green

Carrie talks about how having a negative mind set can stop you from getting what you want. She talks about her own personal experiences and how you can reprogram your mind to get what you really want in life.

5. The happy secret to better work – Shawn Achor

Very funny and inspirational. Shawn discusses how we believe we need to work harder in order to be happy however could society be thinking about this backwards? He believes happiness instead increases productivity.

6. How to stop screwing yourself over – Mel Robbins

Funny and upbeat, Mel discusses what is stopping you to get what you want and how to change it.
