Situated in a lovely neighborhood in San Salvador is the cosy, welcoming, ambient vegetarian and vegan restaurant Soy Green.
Firstly let me point out that the staff are amazing and really compliment the atmosphere. The dining area is situated on a terrace with scattered tables (perfectly positioned if you want to glimpse the marvelous city view). Board games, books are also available, and believe me; Jenga makes the experience even more awesome.
The food is beyond delicious. I ordered the Flor de Jamaica burrito (Jamaica flower) and it was THE BOMB. In fact, it was my first time trying Flor de Jamaica and I am a big fan thanks to Soy Green.
Based on explosive taste, brilliant ambiance and superb customer service Soy Green is a 5/5 restaurant. Perfect for vegetarians and vegans alike!
I had the lovely company of Doris from Libritas de Mas, El Salvadorian food blogger,
