Here are a few pizza recipes you will not resist.The most important ingredients are your fantasy, will and enthusiasm – all the rest comes during the process. Fortunately, now pizza does not define the class, nor is a factor in one’s position in society. Everyone loves it. Namely that’s why we make it at home.

The crucial part of oven cooking an amazing pizza is the dough. In case somebody thinks that there are only two kinds of dough – with yeast and with baking soda, this article is not for them. Here we offer you plenty of recipes for dough.

Yeast Dough

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups wheat flour
  • 1-2 tbsp sugar
  • 3-4 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 20 gr yeast
  • 1 glass milk or water

Let’s Make It:

Pour the warm milk or water (should be preheated to around 30°С) in a casserole and dissolve the yeast. Add the salt, sugar, egg, sifted flour and stir for around 5-8 minutes, until the resulting mixture is a homogeneous, not too firm a dough, without any lumps.

If the liquid, needed for the dough is not enough, you can add a bit of milk or water. Measure the flour before sifting with a cup and don’t stuff it up.

At the end of kneading add the heated butter or oil and slightly stir it. Cover the casserole and leave aside at a warm place.

After two, two hours and a half after kneading and it doubles its size, you should knead it again on a surface sprinkled with flour.

Regular Fresh Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 200 gr butter
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gr cream
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tbsp vodka or cognac
  • ½ tsp salt

Let’s Make It:

Sift the flour in a bowl or over a cutting board. Make sure it forms a pointy tip. Make a groove inside and fill it with the cream, melted butter, salt, sugar, egg and the alcohol. Knead the dough, shape it like a ball and leave in a plate to stay for around 30-40 minutes.

Thin Crispy Dough

Ingredients:

  • 1 package dry yeast
  • ¼ tsp sugar
  • ¾ glass cool water
  • 1 and ¾ cups flour
  • ½ tsp salt

Let’s Make It:

Mix the yeast, sugar and cool water together and leave them fo 6-8 minutes. Mix the flour and the salt. Pour the first mixture in the bowl with the flour. Stir until homogeneous. Put the dough on a floury surface, sprinkle with more flour and knead for around 2-3 minutes. Roll it out in a layer, thicker under 1 cm and with a diameter as big as the bottom of the baking dish.

Fresh Dough with Soda

Ingredients:

  • 4 cups flour
  • 100-200 gr butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 12 tbsp cream
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • ½ tsp soda
  • ½ tsp salt

Let’s Make It:

Sift the flour together with the soda. Stir the cream, eggs, sugar and salt until the last two dissolve. Beat up the melted butter in a bowl with an wooden spoon for around 5-8 minutes. Add gradually the egg mixture, after that the flour and quickly knead a dough.

You shouldn’t knead the dough for too long, because the nitrogen, formed at the touch of cream and soda, will evaporate and it will become too firm.

The cream can be replaced with yoghurt.

Puff-Pastry Dough

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups flour
  • ¾ cup water
  • 300 gr butter
  • 1 egg (you can replace the egg with a tsp of sugar)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1 tsp lemon juice or vinegar

Let’s Make It:

Sift the flour on top of a cutting board. Add the butter, cut in little cubes. Afterwards, form a “well” inside the flour. Pour the water, and add the salt, the egg, the lemon juice/vinegar and quickly knead a dough. Shape it like a ball, cover with a napkin and place in a cool place. Before roasting, it’s recommended to roll it out 2 or 3 times and make 3-4 layers out of it.

Dough with Cottage Cheese and Oil

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup flour
  • 125 gr cottage cheese
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt

Let’s Make It:

Beat up with a mixer the cottage cheese, salt, egg and oil. Add the sifted flour and knead, until the result is an elastic dough. Roll it out and place in an oiled and floured baking dish.

Classic Thin Pizza Dough

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 200 ml
  • 2 tsp dry yeast
  • 300 gr flour
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • oil
  • salt

Let’s Make It:

Pour the cold ayran in a deep bowl. Add the eggs, yeast, sugar and beat up until the mixture becomes homogeneous. Add the flour, butter and salt and knead the dough, then transfer it on a floury surface and knead for five more minutes until smooth. Shape a ball, oil it and place in a deep dish. Cover it with household tin foil and leave aside for around 20 minutes to double its size.

Tomato Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • ¼ cup finely-chopped onion
  • 3 tomatoes, steamed, peeled and finely-diced
  • 3 tbsp tomato purée
  • Basil
  • Thyme
  • Parsley
  • Coriander
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • 30 gr butter

Let’s Make It:

Heat the olive oil and sauté the onion for a minute in. add the garlic, tomatoes, tomato purée and the spices. Cook for five minutes on a medium heat. Add the butter and stir until it melts and absorbs the sauce.

California Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp oregano
  • ¼ tsp dry basil
  • ½ tsp finely-diced fresh parsley
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • salt

Let’s Make It:

Mix the ingredients and purée them in a blender. Sip the resulting sauce in a saucer. With the help of a brush, smear it on top of rolled out dough, after which you can spread the pizza topping.

Raw Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup peeled and diced tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp tomato purée
  • 4 tbsp grated Pecorino Romano
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 2 tbsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp black pepper
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp dry basil

Let’s Make It:

Mix all the ingredients and beat them up one hour before roasting the pizza.

Garlic Pizza Sauce

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • salt

Let’s Make It:

Beat up the ingredients in a blender. Smear the sauce on a rolled-out pizza dough and spread the topping.

Margarita

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 150 gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 gr yeast
  • salt
  • 100 ml tomato purée
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 100 gr mozzarella
  • 2 basil sprays
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • oregano

Let’s Make It:

Heat the milk and add the yeast. Knead the dough out of the flour, the egg and the salt. Add the milk after around five minutes and knead for around 10. Leave in a warm place to raise its volume. You’ll probably need around half an hour. Roll it out in a rounded baking dish, pre-oiled with olive oil. Put the tomato purée, the grated mozzarella, the finely-copped basil and oregano and the tomatoes, sliced in rings. Roast in the oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.

Veneziana

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the dough:

  • 200 gr flour
  • 15 gr yeast
  • 200 ml water
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • sugar
  • salt

For the topping:

  • 1 large onion
  • 2-3 garlic cloves
  • 300 gr tomatoes
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • ¼ tbsp black pepper
  • Can of sardines
  • 150-200 gr yellow cheese
  • salt

Let’s Make It:

Knead the dough and roll it out, according to the size of the baking dish. Oil both of them and place the dough in the dish. Cover with the onion, sliced in rings, the sardines, the the crushed garlic and tomato slices, as well as the diced yellow cheese. Sprinkle with the black pepper on top. Place in the oven and roast for around 20-30 minutes at 200°С.

Calzone With Cheese

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 300 gr dough
  • 400 gr ricotta
  • 1 cup mozzarella
  • black pepper
  • oil

Let’s Make It:

Mix the cheeses with the black pepper. Split the dough in two parts and roll them out. Smear the cheese on top of the first one and cover with the other. Close the ends with your fingers. Smear with oil and roast in the oven until ready.

Pizza with Caramelised Onions

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • ¼ cup olive oil to fry the onion
  • 6 cups finely-diced onion
  • 6 garlic cloves
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 3 tbsp fresh thyme or 1 tbsp dry one
  • 300 gr dough
  • salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp oil to smear on top
  • 1 tbsp finely-chopped capers
  • 1 and ½ tbsp cedar nuts

Let’s Make It:

Heat the oil and fry the onion, garlic, thyme and bay leaf. Cook until the onion caramelises – becomes golden. Throw out the bay leaf, you won’t need it for later. Season with salt and pepper. Roll out the dough and place it in a baking dish. Smear with oil. Order the capers and the cedar nuts on top, as well as the onion mix. Roast in the oven until ready.

Pizza with Melted Cheese

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the dough:

  • 2 cups flour
  • 100 ml water
  • 125 gr butter
  • the juice of ½ lemon
  • salt

For the topping:

  • 300 gr melted cheese
  • 300 gr tomatoes
  • black pepper
  • salt

Let’s Make It:

Knead a dough out of the flour, water, melted butter, the lemon juice and the salt. Roll out a thin layer and place it in a non-stick baking dish. Order the melted cheese pieces and tomato rings on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast the pizza in the oven at a medium heat until golden.

Pizza with cream, tuna and olives

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 150 gr flour
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • 10 gr yeast
  • salt
  • 100 gr tuna fish
  • 150 gr sour cream
  • 16 olives
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • oregano

Let’s Make It:

Heat the milk and add the yeast. Knead together the dough ingredients – flour, egg and the salt. Add the milk in 5 minutes and knead for 5-10 minutes more. Leave aside for around half an hour to raise its volume at a warm place. Spread over a round baking dish, covered with a bit of olive oil. Roast for around 10-15 minutes in the oven at 200°С. Take it out and spread the sour cream. Put the fish, oregano and olives on top. Roast for additional 10-15 minutes. One piece should have a diameter of around 20 cm.

Diet Pizza

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

For the dough:

  • 300 gr. thin spaghetti or noodles;

For the topping:

  • 200 gr boiled sausages;
  • 2 onions
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 3 tbsp cream or mayonnaise
  • 3 eggs
  • 100 gr yellow cheese (choose a firmer one)
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 garlic clove
  • fresh parsley or dill
  • salt
  • black pepper

Let’s Make It:

Boil the spaghetti until ready in salted water together with the bay leaf and rinse them. Dice finely the sausages, onion and a part of the parsley and fry them for around 5 minutes. Heat a large baking dish and oil it. Make two layers – one with the spaghetti and the other with the fried sausage.

Beat up the eggs. Grate the cheese and mix it with the eggs and the cream. Salt the mixture and lay it as a third layer on top of the others. Order tomato slices on top and roast in a preheated oven at 200°С for 15 minutes. Sprinkle the ready pizza with green herbs and crushed garlic and serve.

Prosciutto Fungi

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

  • 150 gr flour;
  • 1 egg;
  • 100 ml milk;
  • 10 gr yeast;
  • salt;
  • 100 ml tomato purée;
  • 200 gr mushrooms;
  • 50 gr prosciutto;
  • 100 gr mozzarella;
  • 1 tbsp olive oil;
  • 2 basil sprays;
  • oregano

Let’s Make It:

Heat the milk and add the yeast. Knead the dough out of the flour, the egg and the salt. Add the milk after 5 minutes and knead for another 5-10 minutes. Leave aside for around 30 minutes to raise its volume. Spread over round dish, pre-oiled. Spread the tomato purée, diced mozzarella, finely-chopped basil, the mushrooms and the prosciutto. Sprinkle with salt and oregano. Roast for around 20 minutes in the oven at 200 degrees.
