Please also feel free to add some natural ingredients to the water as they can help. Once you have steamed your pores will be wide open at this point start exfoliating for that deeper clean. Rinse your face with warm water and pat dry. Even after this your pores are still exposed to bacteria and germs so be careful. You could at this point rub some ice over your face as it will close up your skin pores almost instantly preventing germs and bacteria from entering.
Keep your skin well moisturised and avoid skin care products that contain a heavy amount of oil, rather go for the ones that are oil free and the most organic. Again the better products will inevitably cost more but are well worth the purchase in order to help gain faster results.
Avoid touching your face, for the majority of us this maybe something you do without realizing such as resting your head on your palms or constantly picking at your face for no reason. These are things that need to stop. During the day your hands will encounter many objects and things which will be dirty and contain germs. It is important these germs aren’t then transferred on to the face for the rest of the day. So if you catch yourself with your hands on your face, STOP.

Regardless of anything you should be trying to consume at least 8 glasses of water per day. Water will help the body remove any toxins within the body and skin by flushing them out. For some this may be difficult and just another thing on your to do list so why not make it exciting by adding some water sweeteners. They come in a variety of fruit flavors and are relatively cheap and available in most stores.
