Mechanical Characterization of Composite Multilayer Thick Tubes

The main purpose of this work is to develop the mechanical characteristics of three layers Composite Thick Tubes are used in industrial applications; transportation, aerospace, automotive, construction, marine, military, electronics, sports, civil engineering, etc. by improve the mechanical behavior like burst performance factors N, interface radial stress between layers and hoop elastic constants E of composite structures under one type of loads is internal pressure. Determination of Maximum hoop stresses formed during loading, Strains in hoop direction, Elastic constants in hoop direction of three-layer composite thick tubes with different layer schemes and layer materials constitutes the major objective of the study. The theoretical concepts and analysis methods presented herein can help structural engineers in, petroleum and gas transportation industries, civil, and mechanical engineering industries to select suitable materials and the number and orientations of composite thick tubes for the best performance in a particular application and path a way to a new research on life assessment with health monitoring.
