In order to enable guest posting on your blog, you’ll need to install and activate Post Submission addon on your site.

To enable guest posting, you need to uncheck the required checkbox for the Name field. Clicking on the Name field in the right panel will give you options to configure the settings of this field. Unchecking this box means that the user is not required to provide their name to submit their post.
Allow Post Submissions
To allow post submissions on your blog, go to Settings » Post Submissions turn Post Submissions “On”.
Finally, save your form by clicking on the Save button at the top right corner of the screen and your form is ready to be published on to your blog.
Now just edit the page where you’d like to insert your form, or create a new page. Then click the Add Form button and select your new post submission form.
