Make sure to have an active internet connection
Check whether you have an active internet connection with stable signal strength. To check, go to Settings -> System -> Network.
Ensure to have an up-to-date app
Daily new app versions are released that can solve common issues and offer new features. To update your Amazon Fire TV app from the Amazon Fire TV Home, click the Apps section -> highlight CW Seed on Fire TV or the CW on Fire TV -> select Update -> Update app now.
Ensure your device has an up-to-date OS
To update your device’s OS, go to Settings -> System ->about. Now click on Software Version -> Check for System Update.
It’s time to restart your app!
Open Fire TV homepage ->choose Settings ->select Applications ->click on Manage Installed Applications ->choose CW Seed on Fire TV or the CW on Fire TV ->select Force Close -> launch the app.
Remember to clear the app cache
Go to Fire TV homepage –> click on Settings -> choose Applications ->select Managed Installed Applications -> select CW Seed on Fire TV or the CW on Fire TV -> now select Clear Cache.
Uninstall & Reinstall the CW Seed app or the CW
Go to Fire TV homepage -> click Settings -> choose Applications -> SelectManaged Installed Applications ->select CW Seed on Fire TV or the CW on Fire TV -> Uninstall. To reinstall the app, go to Apps.
