Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky or Miss Universe SR is an annual beauty pageant held in Slovak Republic to select the country's representative to the Miss Universe pageant.

Miss Universe SR 2010, the 12th Miss Universe SR pageant will be held in March 7. The new beauty queen Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2010 will compete at the Miss Universe 2010, the 59th Miss Universe pageant will possibly be held in Bolivia, Australia or Croatia.

There are 12 official finalists vying for the title of Miss Universe Slovenskej Republiky 2010. Denisa Mendrejová, Miss Universe SR 2009 will crown her successor at the end of the pageant.
