How can I be better? Start now with one first small step.

How can I be better? Start now with one first small step.

Hello, I hope you are having a fabulous week! Have you already tried Exploration Meditations? This week it’s time to introspect, continue to Improve, and grow little by little. My idea is to introduce you to this question, how can I improve? Not only when you have realized that you have made a mistake or have hurt someone, you should ask yourself this. Nor should you wait to meet with failure because if you have, you will already be forced to question this.

Ideally, it would be best to question, “How can I be better?” when going through moments of positivity in your life. Any moment is good, but it is easy to forget if “everything is going well,” and we are in sync (or so we think) with the Universe. We want to ask you this question to find possibilities for Improvement in any area of life, beliefs, or actions in ourselves and everything that surrounds us.

It is not a criticism; it is a possibility of improvement.

The first thing you should consider is how you ask yourself this question. To begin with, this is not a criticism to make you feel bad about yourselves; this would not make sense. We have to ask ourselves, how can I be better? For the simple fact of wanting to be a better person and get more out of this life. If we are on planet Earth, it is because we still have experiences to live and possibly lessons to learn. Therefore, there is always an improvement.

I have told you many times that spirituality is constant learning. The Universe is constantly evolving, and so is everything within it, which concerns us all. I have been talking to you about the Principles of the Universe, which offer constant learning and improvement when they are considered.

Therefore, we should always have a loving approach when we ask, how can I be better? When we see things from a positive point of view and humble desires to improve, we more easily find those darkest areas of our lives. They can go completely unnoticed until we self-reflect on our possibilities for improvement. However, from the point of view of Love, we are much more prepared to encounter something we don’t like but can fix.

How can I be better? Start by letting go of the rush.

Of course, I will not give you advice so that you can find the answer to “How can I be better” since each person is different. But something that I do have to tell you about is the rush issue. As I said, we improve throughout our lives if we actively seek to do so. Therefore, there is always something to tweak, so you never “just get better.” Consequently, you can’t be in a hurry for something that never ends, right? And when it comes to improving, whatever it is, it’s essential to give it full attention, and by doing it from love, you won’t have the urge to finish right away.

You will enjoy the process a lot because this self-improvement will not come from the point of view of fear, criticism, or punishment. Therefore, you will be pleased to find things that you do not like. Although it is not pleasant, knowing that you will eliminate them will make you very happy (and this reciprocally helps to improve what you have found.)

You already realize that this must become part of your life, and the point will come when all this is automatic. Therefore, there is no need to fear what you may find. If you can’t deal with something inside of you for whatever reason, it just won’t show up, especially since, once again, I say it, you do it from the point of view of love.

Observation and continuous action will be your best allies.

From here, it is your way. I am not an omniscient person with all the answers in life, so any advice I can give you from here on would be to apply it to myself; each of us has our things to improve, so only one person must find his own. Apart from being in a hurry, the only advice I can give you is to be very observant. It is self-observation from love (in case I haven’t said it yet!)

It is also essential to have a positive pride (and it will not be from ego) to navigate these improvements. It’s not easy to look in the mirror and find the ugliest part of yourself. So, just for doing it, you should already give yourself a pat on the back, even more so if you have learned and overcome said negativity. And once this moment of the award is over, continue with renewed energy to continue growing and improving.

And I wanted to say goodbye with one more thing. After going a long way to question, “How can I be better,” you will be able, apart from continuing to do it for yourself, to be able to help other people. This does not mean imposing your learning; that’s why I haven’t done it today, either. However, you can give similar advice as I am doing today, but with the point of view and feeling in your hearts for having experienced this yourself.

How can I be better: Question yourself about love, and grow slowly but without pause.

I hope it has helped you and that from now on; you will find moments to reflect and question, how can I be better? It will bring much power to your life if you approach it with love and the desire to improve your well-being and of surrounds you.
