Today’s travel photo is of a purple orchid in the Orchid Garden section of the Perdana Botanical Gardens in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Perdana Botanical Garden is a beautiful and peaceful area of green space located right in the centre of Kuala Lumpur, making it the perfect spot to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a bit of nature for a while. The gardens take up a large area and there are several different sections to it. Located just across the street from KL Bird Park is the Orchid Garden, where thousands of beautiful orchids of all shapes and colours are on display. The gardens are well worth checking out while in Kuala Lumpur.
