Meet Leo Forsberg, a Swede, who likely knows more about the different elements of Indian cuisine, across the many sub cultures, than most Indians I know. If that wasn't enough, the man can cook too! We're glad Leo has made CaL a home of sorts to carry on his culinary journey and look forward to seeing him on TV soon, or in a book even.
