Choose your homemade shampoo according to your hair type

Shampoo has become an essential product for Hair care. It is used to clean the dirt and eliminate the grease produced by the sebaceous glands.

However, some of the substances found in them, such as cocamide diethanolamine (DEA), diethanolamine, or parabens,  damage hair long-term.

That is why it is important to  use shampoos with ingredients of natural and ecological origin.

Types of scalp

To choose the best type of shampoo, it is essential to know essential factors such as your hair type, the ingredients and composition of the shampoo.

Greasy hair

In this type of hair there is greater activity of the sebaceous glands and as a result, greater production of sebum.

The hair looks fat, limp and lifeless. For this reason, it is advisable to wash the hair with shampoos that do not remove moisture and essential nutrients.

It is also recommended that the shampoo contains ingredients capable of balancing sebum production and restoring the scalp.

However, the segregation of the oils of the sebaceous glands is not bad at all, since the sebum protects from damages to the protein structure of the hair.

Therefore, we must bear in mind that natural shampoos will eliminate only excess fat , which in turn, will help us to have a healthier hair.

Baking soda with water

This shampoo is very simple to make since sodium bicarbonate contributes to the elimination of excess fat from the scalp.
