Casper, Wyoming – Federal District Court Judge Nancy D. Freudenthal sentenced JOHN PRESTON JACKSON, 65, of Casper, Wyoming on October 11, 2018 for possession with intent to distribute oxycodone and possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime. Jackson was arrested in Casper, Wyoming. He received one hundred twenty months of imprisonment, to be followed by thirty-six months of supervised release, and ordered to pay restitution in the amount of $400.00. The Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives investigated this case.
