BUFFALO, N.Y. – U.S. Attorney James P. Kennedy, Jr. announced today that Rashawn Brown, 31, of Buffalo, NY, who was convicted of possession with intent to distribute, and distribution of, crack cocaine and fentanyl, was sentenced to serve 51 months in prison by U.S. District Judge Richard J. Arcara.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Laura A. Higgins, who handled the case, stated that on four occasions between March 31, 2017, and April 24, 2017, the defendant sold crack cocaine to an undercover officer working with the Lackawanna Police Department.
