Slowly increasing the weekly distance to 40 miles per week and starting to pick up the weekly long run distance. I always try to get out for a decent run at the weekend, but this is not always easy with a young family. The answer... Get up at 4:50am and get out by 5:20am. I am not sure if I am determined or mad!
