Last month, it was revealed in a Page Six story that Lil Wayne will be writing about the experience of finding out that Drake slept with his girlfriend, while he was locked up in Rikers Island jail.
Weezy, who is under fire for his controversial comments on Black Lives Matter, shares the experience in his new prison memoir, Gone ‘Til November: A Journal of Rikers Island which is available in stores now. Drake broke the story to Lil Wayne about it when the rapper was serving his time in prison. It obviously didn’t go well with him.
Now in an interview with Hip Hollywood, Weezy speaks on the issue for the first time on camera. After joking that he doesn’t remember the incident because he has a bad memory, he finally opens up about the low point.
Weezy also discusses celebrities like Drake, Diddy & Kanye West visiting him in jail and the best advice he learned while locked up.
