IBM suspends advertising on X after report says ads ran next to antisemitic content

IBM has suspended Advertising on X, formerly known as Twitter, after a report revealed that the company's ads were displayed next to antisemitic content on the platform. Media Matters for America found ads for IBM, Apple, Oracle, Bravo, and Xfinity next to posts promoting Hitler and the Nazi Party on X. IBM has stated that it has "zero tolerance for hate speech and discrimination" and has halted all advertising on X while it investigates the situation. X CEO Linda Yaccarino has been trying to regain advertisers since Elon Musk purchased the company last year.
