Stella Maynes Maxwell was (born on May 15, 1990), to Northern Irish parents in Belgium. She travelled a lot as a kid. Stella’s father, Maurice Maxwell, was head of the Delegation for the European Commission, the executive brand of the European Union.
Her mother also shares the name Stella, with her family name being Mains. Stella has two older brothers, Mar and Tin, tin and an older sister, Helen. Having lived in Belgium from birth, Stella studied at the International European School of Brussels called Woluwe.
