On the bridge, Jason worries as it is getting darker by the minute and he can’t find a sign of Sam. Down in the ravine, Sam passes out from pain. Suddenly the clouds over the moon clear, and the moonlight allows Jason to spot her. Jason calls for an ambulance and heads down to help Sam. Sam comes to and is in labor. She begs Jason to leave her and take the baby to the hospital once she gives birth. He promises and helps Sam through the delivery. Sam gives birth to a little girl. She asks if she is okay and why she isn't crying. Jason notices the baby isn’t breathing and starts giving her CPR. The baby begins to breathe just as Sam passes out.

At Liv’s place, Julian begs his sister to let him go help his daughter. Olivia complains that all Julian does is talk about his other family members, but never mentions her or how sorry he is for shooting her in the back. She calls him a selfish self-absorbed bastard who hasn’t changed. 

She thinks she should kill him so he can be reincarnated and start over, because she doesn’t think he can be saved in his current life. Oliva remembers how their dad thought he was such a disappointment, and she’s glad he isn’t alive to see what Julian’s become.

At GH, Tracy asks Obrecht what she got paid for her vote, but Obrecht tells her nobody bought her. Tracy refuses to let GH go under and she storms out of the boardroom. In the hall, Tracy tells Monica, Finn and Hayden that they lost the vote thanks to Obrecht. Finn gets an idea and asks Tracy to stall the board from certifying the vote. Elsewhere, Michael runs into Sonny and he tells his dad about his time at the cabin with Nelle, and that they have plans together later. Suddenly, Tracy appears and tells Michael they have work to do and drags him off. They return to the boardroom, and Hayden’s projections for the hospital are called into question. They stall for time while Finn calls the pharmaceutical rep who wanted to buy his cure. Later he crashes the meeting just as Obrecht calls Michael and Tracy out on their tactics to stall them. Finn reveals he sold his cure and will donate the proceeds to the hospital to help inject it with the cash it needs to pay off the debts. Tracy calls for the previous vote to be voided, and her motion passes. They also vote to accept Finn’s donation.

At the Metro Court, Nelle calls Michael and leaves him a message saying she took care of everything she needed to. She is about to leave Carly’s office when Bobbie appears. Bobbie advises Nelle to pack her things and leave because her game is over. The two bicker, and Nelle claims she cares about Carly and her family and only wants what is best for them. Bobbie asks how sleeping with Sonny is best for Carly’s family. Nelle tells Bobbie that she’s wrong, but Bobbie yells at her to shut up. Bobbie calls her a conniving tramp who took advantage of her daughter and used her grandson’s death to sleep with Sonny. Bobbie informs Nelle that she has told Carly what she did and suggests Nelle crawl back to Florida. Nelle rushes out in tears.

At Nelle’s place, Carly listens to the recording of Sonny admitting to having sex with Nelle. Sonny attempts to call her, but she ignores him. Carly listens to the audio recording over and over, and flashes to the good times and the bad with Sonny. She then thinks about her past conversations with Nelle, wondering why Nelle would do this to her. She vows to make Nelle pay. Carly opens the door to leave and finds Sonny standing there. He asks why she’s here.

She's there to see Nelle. Why is he there? He doesn’t want to discuss that here and suggests they go. Carly switches the topic to his idea to renew their vows, and asks if she wants to hear the draft she’s come up with. He suggests this isn’t the place because Nelle might come home. Carly asks if he thinks Nelle would be offended they are here, because she is offended that he’s been screwing Nelle.

Back at Olivia’s place, Julian gets a text from Mr. Grey that they lost GH. Olivia is furious.

Nelle arrives at the hospital to see Michael. He can see something is wrong.

Nelle tells Michael that she did something terrible.

Carly asks Sonny how he could do this to them.

Franco asks Liz what he will do.

Liv tells Julian he just had his third strike.

Alexis goes to Jordan to get help for Sam.

Sam remains unconscious.
