Teachers have always formed an integral part of our lives, no matter at what stage. School or college, they have mentored us, scolded us, and even given us a hand or two, literally. But no matter what, they have had a huge part in shaping us into what we are, today. Aamir Khan (‘Taare Zameen Par’)
Aamir’s portrayal of a teacher who takes a different approach towards the profession and treats kids as delicate beings who need to be dealt with accordingly, met with much appreciation. The way he opened up the character of Ishaan, played by Darsheel Safary, moved everyone to tears.
