The city of vada pav and bhelpuri, for others it is a city of fine dining.The lucky thing about doing this in a city, for example, Mumbai, is that it is OK to cheat to some degree by determining recipes and fixings passed on to the city by many years by our ancestors. In light of current circumstances, Mumbai is a mix of regional cooking styles. I can at any rate truly say that I have experienced these sustenances for myself and had a great time with most of them.
