The Palace was then turned into a school for royal princes to study and learn the aristocracy of royal kingships, along with a few other royal princes of Jaipur in 1910. It was in the year 1925 that the Rambagh Palace was renovated to be the central residence of the Maharaja Man Singh II. He restored the whole Palace and included a grand suite for his queen before getting married to Maharani Gayatri Devi in 1938.

This grand suite later came to be known as the “Maharani Suite.” It was in the year 1957 that the Maharaja decided to turn the Palace into a grand hotel. The responsibility of running the hotel and maintaining its charm was given to the Taj Group of Hotels in 1972. There is no denying that the Palace has gone through numerous changes and renovations.
