While one of the CCXs is tipped to feature 4 Zen 5 CPU cores and 8 threads, the other is said to come with 8 Zen 5C CPU cores and 16 threads for a total of 12 cores and 24 threads. If the rumor turns out to be accurate, it would represent a 33 percent increase in the number of stream processors over RDNA 3, which should make it an impressive upgrade over the Radeon 780M, currently the fastest RDNA 3 iGPU.It is worth noting that the latest information comes just days after a Ryzen 8000 engineering sample was spotted on the MilkyWay@home database, revealing some key aspects of the upcoming lineup, including the Zen 5 Monolithic Design and RDNA 3.5 iGPU cores.
