2025 Aston Martin Vantage arrives with a new face, more power

Aston Martin has revealed the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage, which introduces a host of changes for the company’s most affordable model.

Aston Martin tends to err on the conservative side with their facelifts, yet the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage bucks this trend with a significant overhaul to the vehicle’s face. While the previous Vantage had a grille that reached all the way down to the road, the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage now features a 38% larger grille in a much more traditional presentation, complete with a body-colored lower lip. Redesigned, larger headlights that recall those on the DB12, make for a new front end that is more classically Aston Martin in its appearance. The 2025 Aston Martin Vantage’s sides and rear receive less of an update, though you will find wider wheel arches, new frameless mirrors, and a wider rear bumper. These tweaks serve to make the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage look broader and more substantial than the outgoing version.

The 2025 Aston Martin Vantage again features a 4.0-lt twin turbo V8 sourced from AMG, though it too has had quite the upgrade, gaining 153 hp and 85 lb-ft of torque for a new output of 656 hp and 590 lb-ft respectively. This upgrade will allow the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage to travel from 0 to 60 in a scant 3.4 seconds and reach a top speed of 202 mph. New shift calibration for its 8-speed automatic transmission allows quicker shifts for improved acceleration and response.

Aston Martin has also updated the vehicle’s dynamics through new driver-controllable adaptive dampers air, stiffened chassis components, and new Michelin Pilot Sport S5 tires mounted to 21-inch forged wheels. Aston Martin has updated the chassis control systems with tweaks to the vehicle’s stability control, traction control, brake slip control, and more in an effort to make the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage that much more enjoyable to drive.

Aston Martin has also seen fit to make some pretty significant changes to the inside of the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage. Gone are the bulbous knobs and buttons of the previous version; in their place is a much more tailored look with clean lines, new buttons, a new larger 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system replacing the old last-generation Mercedes-derived system, and other minor updates. As a whole, the new interior looks much more luxurious with better detailing and what appear to be more upscale materials.

Production of the 2025 Aston Martin Vantage will begin shortly, with deliveries starting in the second quarter of this year.
