Most football fans will agree that one of the most beautiful sights in the game, is watching a player running with the ball, committing defenders and beating them. Few people have done this with as much regularity as Chelsea’s 27-year-old talisman Eden Hazard.
Over the years, Hazard has made a habit of going on mesmerising runs, and the list of defenders he has left on their backside, is endless. Hazard was at it again last night as Belgium began their UEFA Nations League campaign in style thrashing Scotland 4-0.
At one point in the game, Hazard went on a typical jinking run and left Scotland midfielder John McGinn on the floor, not once but twice in a matter of a few seconds. Watch the video below:

The 23-year-old Villa midfielder wasn’t the first player to be embarrassed by Hazard and certainly won’t be the last. Hazard got on the score-sheet just after the half-time mark and set up another one for Michy Batshuayi 5 minutes later.
Belgium certainly fired a warning shot to the rest of the competition with their performance yesterday and with Eden Hazard is in this kind of mood, it must be near impossible for opposition teams to stop them.
