(Video) Two instances of Eden Hazard being literally unplayable against Huddersfield last night

Eden Hazard picked up yet another Man of the Match award as the Blues ran out 3-1 winners at Huddersfield Town last night. The absence of Alvaro Morata through a slight niggle meant Hazard started in a false 9 role at the John Smith’s Stadium.

The freedom of the role seemed to suit the little Belgian well as he was seen all over the pitch, running down the wings at times and even taking on defenders head-on as he ran down the centre of the pitch.

Although, he had no goals to show for his enterprising performance, Hazard’s sorcery with the ball was on full display.

Sprinting to win loose balls and then setting off on a run from the halfway line or dribbling past defenders with utmost ease whilst shuffling the ball from one foot to another, his footwork was mesmerising.

The nimble turns and dainty fakes one way and then running off in the other direction left defenders kicking out at thin air in frustration.

Check out the clips below where the Belgian magician is seen weaving circles round players, adorning himself in a somewhat superhuman aura –
