#4: Roma 16/17 Away Kit

Coming in at number 4 in our countdown of the best Kits of 2016 is the Roma 16/17 away jersey.

Celebrating its 90th anniversary, AS Roma entered the season with a new marble white away kit featuring the return of the city’s revered Roman symbol, the wolf (or “Lupetto”), on a red and Yellow circular crest.

The shirt’s color pays homage to the city’s historic architecture and, as a further ode to club pride, the modern crewneck collar incorporates a red band with “AS Roma” knitted on the back.

The sides of the kit have a red stripe that runs the length of the shirt. Expanding when the player is in motion, it maximizes ventilation and reveals a subtle underlying yellow flash.
