Former MI overseas player respond to Twitter troll after the match win

Mumbai Indians (MI) chase the huge milestone set by the Chennai Super Kings (CSK) in their first league meet of 2021.

El Classico of the Indian Premier League (IPL) i.e Mumbai Indians (MI) vs Chennai Super Kings (CSK) finished leaving back great experience to cricket fans. The whole cricket world appreciated the way both teams displayed their performance on the field.

Mumbai Indians (MI) won the toss and elected to bowl first. Rohit Sharma the skipper of MI took the advantage of toss and helped the team to pocket two points and reach closer to the table-toppers Chennai Super Kings (CSK).

On the other hand, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) didn’t get the perfect start in the powerplay as opener Ruturaj Gaikwad went back to the pavilion in the first over of the inning. Later on, Faf du Plessis and Moeen Ali carried the inning forward for CSK.

Both the batsmen scored half-centuries with a strike rate of over 150 and helped Chennai Super Kings (CSK) to reach a total of almost 100 runs in 10 overs. Similar run rate of CSK’s carried for the next 10 overs also.

Speedster Jasprit Bumrah gave the breakthrough to Mumbai Indians and sent Moeen Ali back to the dugout in his second spell. Then awardee of game-changer of the match all-rounder Pollard scalped two back to back batters of CSK.

Then also, Mumbai Indians (MI) bowlers nailed down in front of Chennai Super Kings batsmen. As they reached a total of 218 runs in 20 overs. Ambati Rayudu played a crucial role by smashing 72 runs in 27 balls and helped CSK to cross 200 runs.

Kieron Pollard’s game-changing inning.

Kieron Pollard did an awesome performance with ball and bat against Chennai Super Kings. He hauled two wickets and delivered two spells in the exchange of 12 runs. While batting he score the record break half-century of the season 2021 i.e in 17 balls only. Also, finished the inning and grab the win from the CSK’s mouth.

During the last ball win, Pollard played 87 runs inning in just 34 balls. Also stood not out till the last ball and became the nightmare for Mumbai Indians fans. Hence, it gave birth to fan fight on social media platforms.

Meanwhile, Australian pacer Mitchell McClenaghan played for Mumbai Indians earlier showed some respect for his former team Mumbai Indians (MI). As everyone knows the battle between the fans during the CSK vs MI match.

When Mumbai Indians win the match in the Indian Premier League (IPL), the opposite team fans always troll MI. They say that Mumbai Indians won the match due to Ambani’s money and don’t appreciate the MI players performance.

In this fans battle on Twitter, ex-player Mitchell McClenaghan defended his team on Twitter. He replied almost tweets did by the opposite fans through their Twitter handle. He not just replied but he gave them answers with good thinking along with examples.

Furthermore, both of the franchises played seven matches and remained still seven matches. Though CSK is a table topper and MI is at fourth position then also it does not fix the qualifying position. Henceforth, it will depend on how both the team’s display with their performance in the upcoming matches.
