Cinnamon

Who does not like Cinnamon buns?

Cinnamon is a spice obtained from the inner bark of Cinnamomum Trees. It is used widely, from savory dishes, baking goods to Greek cinnamon liqueur.

Cinnamon is native to India, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Myanmar. This spice traveled westward to Egypt and then to Europe. During our South India tour you’ll visit a spice plantation and see the Cinnamomum tree. No doubt you’ll also be tasting delicious cinnamon-spiced tea and food during the fun filled tour.
