Name: Spontanbeetroot

Style: Fruit Lambic

Producer: Mikkeller

Alcohol content: 7.7%

Bottle size: 0.5cl bottle

Purchased from: Prik & Tik, Arendonk, Belgium.

Spontanbeetroot by Mikkeller. 7.7% ABV Beetroot Sour. Nice spontan-series sour. But the beetroot has trouble coming through. Though it worked quite well paired with some roasted beetroot.
