Yogi obeyed, killed Pal's killer

Yogi Adityanath is being applauded when the Prayagraj police encounter the criminal named Manata Arbaaz, who was involved in the Umesh Pal murder case. After Umesh Pal's murder, there was an uproar in the Uttar Pradesh Legislative Assembly. At that time, Yogi Adityanath had said, Hum mafiaon ko mitti mein milla denge.

Arbaaz, one of the killers of Umesh Pal, was shot dead by the police on the third day of Yogi's Hunkar, and there are comments that Yogi shows his speech shift. Arbaaz fired at SI Rajesh Kumar Maurya when the police arrived to arrest him after receiving information that Arbaaz was hiding in the Nehru Park area after Pal's murder. While retaliating against the police, Arbaaz was shot in the chest and leg.

Arbaaz Atiq was Ahmed's son Asad's driver. Police have questioned Atiq Ahmed's wife and BSP leader Shaista Parveen, sons Azam, Aban, Ali, Umar and friend Rehan in this case. Shaista Parveen has written a letter to Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath demanding a CBI investigation.

Modi kept Yeddyurappa with him constantly

In Karnataka BJP B.S. Although Yeddyurappa has retired from active politics, winning the assembly elections is not possible without Yeddyurappa. From the importance given to Yeddyurappa during Narendra Modi's Karnataka visit, it is clear that BJP has no hope without saving Yeddyurappa.

BJP spokesperson G. Madhusudan admitted that Yeddyurappa cannot be ignored in Karnataka. Yeddyurappa can turn the tide in BJP's favor in both the Assembly and Lok Sabha elections. Yeddyurappa's influence is evident from the fact that the BJP last year placed Yeddyurappa on the Parliamentary Board.

Yeddyurappa's influence is due to his dominance over the Lingayat community. Lingayats constitute 17 percent of Karnataka's population and hold two-thirds of the 224 seats in the Karnataka Assembly. BJP is more dependent on Lingayat community to win Karnataka elections. Yeddurappalingayat has direct contact with the monasteries and their heads of the community and therefore can directly influence the electorate.

Excitement in BJP from the exit poll

The BJP is in high spirits as the assembly polls in the three northeastern Indian states of Tripura, Meghalaya and Nagaland are out and all eyes are now on the results to be declared on March 2. It is predicted that BJP will have an upper hand in the exit polls of these three states. According to the exit polls, BJP will form the government again in Tripura and Nagaland.

According to the exit poll, BJP can get 45 percent votes in Tripura. There are total 60 assembly seats in the state. Based on the average of different exit polls, BJP is predicted to get 31 seats and Left Front 15 seats in Tripura. It is predicted that even Congress will not be able to open the account.

BJP-NDPP alliance will get majority in Nagaland. Out of the total 60 seats in the Legislative Assembly, BJP-NDPP alliance is expected to get 42, Congress 1 and NPF 6 seats. NPP is likely to get 20 seats, TMC 11 seats and BJP 6 seats in Meghalaya. 31 seats are required to form the government.

Low voter turnout in Maharashtra worries both camps

There is concern in the BJP-Shiv Sena and Mahavikas Aghadi camp due to the low turnout in Kasba Peth and Chinchwad assembly seats by-elections in Maharashtra. 46 percent voting in Chinchwad while 51 percent in Kasba Peth. As this is the first election after the breakup in the Shiv Sena, this battle is a question of prestige for both camps. The battle has become more interesting with the rebellion of Uddhav group Rahul Kalate in Chinchwad.

The BJP leader admits that the Eknath Shinde faction shares power with the BJP and has got the party's name and symbol, but the wave of sympathy is towards Uddhav Thackeray. Due to this, it will not be surprising if the expected result does not come. Shiv Sena was founded by Balasaheb Thackeray so Shiv Sena and Thackeray family are considered one and the same. People are also upset that the Election Commission gave the party name and symbol to the Shinde group. The action of the Election Commission is considered biased and pressured by the BJP government at the Centre.

Gap in Digvijay's stronghold, two leaders in BJP

Ahead of the assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh, there has been a gap in the stronghold of Congress veteran Manata leader Digvijay Singh. Priyanka Meena, daughter-in-law of former Congress minister and MLA Harbhajan Singh Meena in Rajya Sabha MP Digvijay Singh's stronghold Chachouda has joined the BJP along with hundreds of supporters. Along with Priyanka Meena, Mrigendra Singh, who had contested the Assembly elections from Mauganj seat in Rewa on Congress ticket, has also donned the kesario khes. Meena Samaj is traditionally considered the vote bank of Congress, but Priyanka Meena joining BJP will deal a blow to Congress.

Chachoudi assembly seat is considered a stronghold of Congress. In 2013, BJP's Mamata Meena won this seat, but in 2018, Congress gave ticket to Laxman Singh, brother of Digvijay Singh, and Laxman Singh won. Digvijay Singh also won from this seat in 1994 by-election. In the last seven assembly elections, Congress has won five times and BJP twice in Chachouda.

Earlier, the party's MP from Bishnupur, Soumitrakhan, had demanded that Jangalmahan combine the areas of Purulia, Jhargram, Bankura and Birbhum and East and Dakshina Midnapore to form one state.
