Friday night is usually our pizza/unwind night.  I usually am so exhausted from a week working, kids, activities, errands and much more.  I cannot handle a tricky and involved dinner plan on Friday’s.  Ever.  A 14 oz jar of Del Grosso Sloppy Joe Sauce landed in my lap to try out and I decided “what the heck” and started cooking.  I have to say; this was super easy and SUPER DELICIOUS!  My entire house ate this meal and asked for seconds.  I was floored by how easy it was: I browned a pound of ground beef, drained the fat added the jar of sauce (oh and a small onion and slider buns) and voila we had dinner.  This was smoky meets sweet and satisfied everyone’s palates.  The ingredients are mostly tomato puree, brown sugar, onions, vinegar, Worcestershire, mustard and a ton of seasonings.  It was a perfect blend and a perfect dinner.  If you think outside the box this would also be good with chicken and even ham.  Please try this yummy sauce out: http://www.delgrossofoods.com/content/sloppy-joe-sauce.
