A Management student in Hyderabad has Hanged herself in the hostel room during a video call with her friend. The incident took place on Sunday at a hostel located in Kompally. The student is identified as Hanisha Chowdhary, aged 24. She belongs to Anantapur district in Andhra Pradesh. She was pursuing Master’s in Business Administration at Siva Sivani Institute of Management. It is alleged that the girl was on a video call with her boyfriend Dakshit Patel.

Police said that it was not sure if the girl has hanged herself during the video call, but there was a video call to Dakshit Patel before the time of her death. According to a Police official, Dakshit Patel said that Hanisha Chowdhary was on video call when she said to him that she would hang herself.

He said that she hanged while he watched the video. The two youth have been in a relationship for some time. It is said that the girl took the extreme step when they had a quarrel about attending a marriage. Dakshit is said to have rushed to the hostel to save the girl, as she was trying to hang herself.

However, Hanisha hanged herself by the time Dakshit reached the hostel. She was immediately taken to the hospital but was declared brought dead. Police registered a case of suspicious death.
