Low-Carb/No-Carb Duck Collard Wraps

A fuss-free recipe using collard greens (cabbage is a good alternative) and leftover chicken.

Chicken Collard Greens Wraps
Ingredients:
Bunch of organic collard greens, rinse with water to clean (option to use cabbage)
Leftover rotisserie chicken (recommended) - boneless, any cut of meat e.g. chicken thigh, chicken breast (Note: if using raw chicken, recipe needs to be tweaked e.g. extend the steaming duration or partially cook the chicken prior to wrapping)
