Just got off a call with a client I’ve been working with all year who I am SO Freaking proud of. She has transformed dramatically body, mind, and soul, is pumped about her results, and feeling unstoppable.

It’s reminding me why I do this work.

We are capable of such deep freaking joy and of Living meaningful, exhilarating lives.

Sadly, so many people have barely scratched the surface of that potential, glimpsed what’s possible, or tasted that sweet and rich flavor of real freedom and fulfillment.

They are often operating from a lifelong set of habits based on their conditioning or trauma. Or they’re living in a fear and scarcity based paradigm, simply because that’s what the world around them has modeled for them.

So many people are walking around half asleep. Bored. Blah. Unconscious, checked out. Numbing out with distraction or staying so busy that they don’t have to actually face the truth.

They’ve settled. And they’re honestly wondering to themselves, is this really it?

And OMFG it’s so not! There is so much more! It gets to be so good! It gets to be SO fun, and weird, and mindblowingly blissful, and hilarious, and also just really really really cool.

Life is amazing. If you learn to be with yourself. And if you realize how powerful you are and how much you can create your reality. And if you learn to do so by seeking alignment with who you really are.

It’s Bananas. Like, the best most delicious bananas ever.

That’s what I do. I help people make their life so good that they can hardly believe it’s really theirs.
