Papaya Avocado Goodness Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Papaya
  • 1 ripe Banana
  • 1/4 Pear (Avocado)
  • 1 piece Ginger (about half the size of the thumb)
  • 1 cup Spring Water

Direction:

  1. Add 1 cup of papaya to blender and blend for 30 seconds.
  2. Add ginger, banana, avocado and water to the blender and blend until smooth.

This smoothie will be soft and creamy, especially due to the avocado so you could add more avocado to make it creamier, but be mindful that too much may overpower the taste. To make it sweeter, if you so desire, add 1 teaspoon agave or an additional ripe banana. The more ripe the banana is the more sweetness it adds.

This is a very delicious combination. It can be added to a bowl and be eaten with a spoon, like yogurt or put in a glass and be consumed.
