Coconut Milk Banana Shake

This Coconut Milk Banana shake is simply a fantastic recipe; it is tasty and rich. It will be enjoyed by many, from babies to the elderly.

Ingredients:
1 cup coconut milk
2 ripe bananas
1/2 thumb ginger
Spices (optional)

Directions:

  1. Make coconut milk: Chop half of a coconut and put in a blender, along with the ginger and pour in 1 1/4 cup of water and blend until ground. Strain through a fine strainer).
  2. Rinse the blender and return the milk to the blender.
  3. Add 2 bananas, and spices (eg: vanilla), blend until smooth

For a thinner and just as delicious shake, you may use one banana instead of two.
