Hyundai Unleashes a Sporty Creta: The Creta N Line

Hyundai Motor India Ltd. (HMIL) has unveiled its latest offering, the Hyundai Creta N Line, a sporty and performance-inspired SUV aimed at thrill-seekers. Building on the success of the brand’s iconic Creta. It aims to bring some excitement in the Compact SUV segment with its track-inspired aesthetics and dynamic driving capabilities.

The Hyundai Creta N Line is part of the N Line portfolio from Hyundai underpinned by four key pillars: Energizing Exteriors, Engaging Interiors, Enthusiastic Performance, and Enticing Technology. This is the third N Line product from Hyundai after the N Line version of i20 and Venue.

Creta N Line Exteriors

The Hyundai Creta N Line boasts a modern and dynamic design, engineered to offer a sporty performance that redefines the driving experience. Its exterior features include a commanding N Line-specific sporty front grille with the N Line emblem, a redesigned front bumper with red inserts, and all-new R18 alloy wheels with red brake calipers and side sill inserts. The rear body sports a new N Line-specific bumper design, a sporty skid plate with red inserts, and an aerodynamic rear spoiler. Emphasizing Hyundai’s N Line design language, the vehicle also features unique N Line emblems throughout its exterior profile.

Interiors

Inside, the Hyundai Creta N Line exudes modern athleticism with premium black sporty interiors accented by red inserts. The cabin features subtle “N” badging on the gear knob and steering wheel, while the premium leatherette seats with N badging and metal pedals promise an unforgettable driving experience.

Performance

Under the hood, the Hyundai Creta N Line is powered by a 1.5L Turbo GDi engine paired with either a 6-speed manual transmission (N Line Exclusive) or a 7-speed Dual Clutch Transmission (DCT). With a max power of 160 PS and max torque of 253 Nm, the vehicle accelerates from 0-100 kmph in just 8.9 seconds. The SUV offers three drive modes (Eco, Normal, and Sport) and Traction Control Modes (Snow, Sand & Mud) for optimized driving comfort across different terrains.

Technology

Hyundai Creta N Line is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including a 26.03 cm HD infotainment system, a digital cluster with customizable themes, and over 70 Hyundai Bluelink Connected Car features. The SUV also features 148 embedded VR voice commands for essential vehicle functions, along with in-built music streaming applications and Alexa Home to Car voice command integration.

Safety Features

Prioritizing safety, the Hyundai Creta N Line comes loaded with a suite of advanced active and passive safety features, including 6 airbags, Electronic Stability Control, and a unique Dashcam with Dual Camera. The SUV also boasts a strong body structure with extensive use of Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) and High Strength Steel (HSS) for enhanced safety.

Creta N Line Availability & Pricing

The Hyundai Creta N Line is priced at ₹16.82 lakh for the N8 (MT) and ₹ 18.32 lakh for the N8 (AT). The N10 (MT) is priced at ₹19.34 lakh and the N10 (AT) is priced at ₹20.29 lakh. It will be available in 3 mono-tone and 3 dual-tone color options and can be purchased at any Hyundai Signature Dealership across India.
