Its been quite sometime that we last saw our favorite Devil Lucifer on Netflix. The fourth season of the series ended where Lucifer goes to hell as a king leaving behind Chloe, his love. Now we came to know that another season is definitely is on cards but this season as reported will be last and final season. Lucifer’s adventures on hell and earth will be meeting its end on this season. But we are also aware of various reports circling around us that Tom Ellis has finalized a deal to continue the role of Lucifer.
This could possibly mean that there might be another season to this awesome series. Lucifer was once canceled by Fox and later was picked up by Netflix for another season which was surely a hit. Many people loved the crew including Tom Ellis, Lauren German, Lesley-Ann Brandt, D.B. Woodside, Kevin Alejandro, Rachel Harris, Aimee Garcia, and our little Scarlett Estevez.
Fifth season may have Lucifer returning to earth to be with Chloe and also he will have the responsibility as a king of hell. The new season will have new characters including Chaley Rose, Erin Cummings, Brianne Davis, Matthew Bohrer. The release date of this season was expected in 2020 but due to the pandemic situation, the production has delayed. The shooting has been done and now production is pending. We can expect the season to be out sometime in late 2020 or early 2021. The deal to keep Tom Ellis available if Netflix orders more season is a slight possibility that we can expect more season of this show.
The fifth chapter initially had 10 episodes but it was later extended to 16. The titles are, Really Sad Devil Guy, Lucifer! Lucifer!
