JioPhone Prima is here. Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Jio has added a new 4G phone in its lineup with the launch of Jiophone Prima 4G. The 4G-enabled phone was recently showcased at the Indian Mobile Congress 2023.
JioPhone Prima 4G comes with TFT display and runs KaiOS operating system. The 4G phone comes equipped with a rear and front camera.

Price and availability

The JioPhone 4G comes with a price tag of Rs 2,599 and it can be purchased online from Reliance digital.in, JioMart Electronics, Amazon.in and offline from authorised retail stores.

JioPhone Prima 4G specifications

The JioPhone Prima 4G boasts a compact 2.4-inch TFT display with a resolution of 320×240 pixels. For capturing selfies, this 4G feature phone is equipped with a 0.3MP front-facing camera.

In terms of connectivity and features, the 4G-enabled JioPhone Prima comes pre-loaded with popular apps like WhatsApp and YouTube. It also includes a rear camera with an LED flash, Bluetooth 5.0 support, and an FM radio. Jio’s latest 4G feature phone further enhances the user experience with pre-installed mobile apps such as JioTV, JioCinema, JioNews, and the JioPay UPI payments app.

Under the hood, the JioPhone Prima 4G is powered by the ARM Cortex A53 chipset, and it offers 512MB of RAM for smooth performance. Additionally, it provides 128GB of internal storage capacity. Running on the efficient KaiOS mobile operating system and is backed by an 1,800 mAh battery.
