I was given one of these as a gift a few years ago and it has been a god sent. I use it all the time for various aches and pains. brings soothing warmth to larger areas like upper and lower back, shoulders, etc. as well as back pain and strain. Fluted channels keep contents evenly distributed for maximum benefit. Physician-formulated blend of 12 soothing, aromatic herbs in a flax seed base. Unlike rice or corn which becomes moldy and must be thrown out, flax seed keeps its integrity. Hot or cold, they're great for arthritis, sinus headaches, stress relief and many other common ailments.
